The theater addition is rendered visible in the sectional quality of the building, showcasing to passerby’s what lays within. The grand exterior stair further invites people to explore the nature of the theater spaces and the raised public garden area. The addition worked to include many new public spaces with the public park and exterior social stair to encompass the fundamental ideas of public use and access that is inherent in a library space.
