Topographical gardens encompass the waste to energy plant providing green energy within a green public space.
The waste to energy plant provides clean energy to the city of Rosario. The surrounding park is created with topographical layers from a mountainous encompassing structure, with the deeper interior areas of the platforms transformed into learning and working centers with double height spaces.
Park goers can traverse along, up, down and across the park with various pathways of ramps, stairs, and bridges. The bridges connect the two arms of the park across the interior boat docs where locals can boat in and visit the park, as it is customary for the riverside city occupants to own boats for transportation and leisure.
